It's your time to make a change in mental health

On 1st February 2018 from 10:30am a video conference will be going live around kent

Kent and Medway Partnership Trust are holding 4 events across the county to celebrate the Time to Talk day this year. This year's mental health topic is supporting staff at work!

Around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year but not everyone speak up. Your attitude towards mental health could help change that, whether you do it through chatting or understanding how you could help support others.

If you are interested in joining KMPT there are still places left in Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and Gillingham. Canterbury is now fully booked. The conference starts at 10:30am and finished at 1:00pm.

Video-conferencing venues details:

MAIDSTONE - Boardroom B, Farm Villa, Hermitage Lane, Maidstone ME16 9PH
TUNBRIDGE WELLS - Meeting Conference Room 09, Highlands House 10-12 Calverly Park Gardens, Tunbridge Wells TN1 2JN
GILLINGHAM - Meeting/group room, Canada House, Barnsole Road, Gillingham ME7 4JL
To book a place for one of the venues please contact KMPT's Patient Engagement Team on 01227 812042 or kamila.lobuzinska@kmpt.nhs.uk

Together we can end the stigma around mental health!
