You may have heard about the recent changes to services at Kent & Canterbury Hospital. From June 19th, the hospital's A&E department will be open to treat minor illnesses and injuries only. This is a temporary move caused by a lack of staff. Patients are asked to use William Harvey Hospital or QEQM in Margate instead.

Local campaign group, CHEK, which stands for Concern for Health in East Kent, has been raising concerns about the changes to Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

The Chair of CHEK, Ken Rogers, has talked to us about CHEK's concerns. You can listen to our conversation by clicking here or searching for Healthwatch Kent on iTunes.
