What have we achieved this year?

We've picked our best bits from the year to share with you:
We used your feedback to make vaccine centres more accessible
Made it easier for people to get a BSL interpreter when they attend hospital appointments in East Kent
We used Carers’ stories about hospital discharge to start conversations about how Kent services can support Carers better
We helped community pharmacists to get their voices heard. 55% of them told us they felt better since our report
Urged the Government to take action after we reported a 42% increase in the number of people struggling to see an NHS dentist
All the details, plus much more are in the report below, including information on our priorities for the year ahead which include:
-
Hearing the experiences of women using Drug and Alcohol Services
-
Listening to people experiencing homelessness and what additional support they need
-
Understanding how Enhanced Health in Care homes is working
