New smoke free services in Kent and Medway

Two new smoke free services are launching this year.
  • The inpatient service will support people admitted to a main hospital ward to quit smoking during their stay and support them to stay smokefree when they are discharged.
  • The maternity service will support women to quit smoking during their pregnancy and understand the benefits of stopping smoking for both mother and baby.

As part of the work to launch these services, the NHS is developing a brand with the aim of making them recognisable and to make sure advice and information materials is the same across all hospitals.
