At Engaging Kent, we are all about using the public’s experiences of services, to make a difference.

Our Healthwatch projects want to make the most of their achievements and ensure everyone understands the difference they are making. That’s why we are looking for an Outcomes Officer.  

This person will help us to create a system to, measure, record and share our outcomes. They'll also be responsible for assessing the longer term impacts we are having for the people of Kent and Medway. They will need to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including organisations, volunteers and the public, to ensure we can maximise our potential.  

We need an enthusiastic, innovative, team player to join our family and help us to shout about the difference that we make.

We are looking for someone who has a range of qualities including:

- Solid understanding of the difference and relationships between ‘Outcomes’ and ‘Impacts’ and experience of developing ways to measure and evidence this
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with people, team members and stakeholders to build and maintain excellent relationships. 
- Great team working and facilitation skills and approach to work 
- Able to communicate clearly, openly, honestly, and with sensitivity 
- Good attention to detail.  
- Approachable – able to work with a diverse range of people.  
- Confident user of virtual communication methods, excellent IT skills
- Able to analyse problems and find solutions.  
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload with flexible and self-motivated approach to work.

The salary is offered at £26,000 for 37.5 hours a week.
