Would you be willing to chat about your experience of looking after someone with Dementia to help improve services?
The NHS wants to hear your story and understand what they could do to help you, and other people in a similar situation right now.
They'll use your feedback to improve services for people across West Kent who are looking after someone with a Dementia diagnosis.

They are looking for people like you who live in West Kent, to join a small group of people for a conversation online. It will be very informal and friendly but they will want to record the conversation so we can refer to it later.
The sessions will be online during the week of November 23rd on a day and time to suit you.
