Make a difference in the interests of people aged 50+

Older Peoples’ Forums exist all over Kent and are made up of passionate people who want their voice to be heard and to improve services.

Does that sound like something you want to do?

What we do

Older Peoples’ Forums across the County have reached thousands of older people in the past year offering information, practical support, advice and friendship.

Each Forum is calling for more people to join them and make a difference to the lives of older people by making the voice of older people heard by decision makers.

Across Kent & Medway, there are a range of Forums that work together to raise the voice of particular communities.

At Healthwatch, we work closely with them all, but particularly

  • the Older Peoples’ Forums,
  • the Local Mental Health Networks,
  • the Kent Physical Disability Forum
  • and the Kent & Medway Foodbank Forum

All of the Forums are actively welcoming new members and they would love to hear from you.

You can find details about how they are working to raise the voice of people and how to get in touch with them on www.kentvoice.com
