How did people cope during August?

Since the start of the pandemic, we have been sharing with decision makers in the NHS and social care details of how the public are coping.

Every fortnight we give decision makers the details about what people have told us. We also publish a monthly report which summarises everything we’ve heard that month.

In August we heard an increase in;

concerns about going back to school

people struggling to see a dentist

stories about blood tests and the phlebotomy services

using technology to access GP and outpatient appointments

Tell us your story

How have you been coping? Have you had a hospital appointment or been to see your GP? Do you need to visit the dentist? Do you have family in a Care Home or are you awaiting a social care assessment?

Tell us your story. We'll make sure decision makers hear what life is like for you right now.
