Calling daughters who look after their Mums

Do you do the shopping for your Mum, or help her get to appointments? Maybe you help in the house or with her personal needs?
If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
Daughters looking after Mums

We've recently been doing some work to reach out to people who may be looking after someone right now to ensure they know what support is available to them.

During this work, we've met lots of people who say "I'm fine, I don't need any help" even though a little bit of support would make a huge difference to them.

So we want to bring together a small group of women in their 60s who are looking after their Mums to understand a bit more about what stops people asking for help.

Does that sound like you?

Would you be interested in being involved?  Your feedback could make all the difference for someone else.

We're arranging a very relaxed conversation online on July 30th from 10am -12pm and we'd love it if you could join us.

We know your time is really precious so we are offering a £20 Amazon voucher for anyone who can take part.

We’d love to hear from you. Email Tash at bettertogether@healthwatchkent.co.uk if you can help.
