Your feedback can help generate change

Every day people contact us to share their story about health and social care services. We're raising these voices to ensure the right people hear the feedback and can make changes as a result. Read our report detailing what people told us in March.

Your feedback really makes a difference

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share with us their story this month. Every piece of feedback we hear has the power to make a changes for hundreds of other people. Thank you.

In the first two weeks of March, we heard from 33 people. 10 organisations also shared with us the feedback from their clients.

The headlines are:

largely positive stories about the vaccine programme

people told us they are still struggling to see their GP

we heard about difficulties to get hold of prescriptions

access to NHS dentists remained the top issue that people called us about

we also heard how some people are finding it hard to access support, particularly if they need help to fill in the necessary paperwork

Covid feedback report March 1-14th

I moved to Ashford in December last year. Since then I have not been able to register with a GP here because local practices do not accept new patients or cannot be contacted.

Tell us your story. We're here to listen to you.

Tell us how you are feeling. Tell us about your worries. Tell us what is working well for you too - the good stories are just as important.

We're not a counseling service, but we can make sure decision makers understand what it's like for you right now. It's important that they hear how lockdown is affecting you, and your family, so that they can plan services accordingly.
